| The Hon. Chief Justice of the Republic of Kenya and President of the Supreme Court Hon. Martha Koome together with Justices of the Supreme Court, Registrar, Deputy Registrars and Law Clerks attend to an Engagement Session on Alternative Justice Systems (AJS) held at Naivasha between 19th – 23rd March 2024. The engagement session was a collaborated effort between the Kenya Judiciary Academy and the National Steering Committee on implementation of Alternative Justice System (NaSCI-AJS). It was made possible by the support of FAO and NCLR. The engagement discussed the imperatives, gaps and realities of the AJS practice. It equipped the participants with appropriate judicial and administrative attitudes to incentivize the implementation of the AJS Policy.
