Overview

This Strategic Plan 2020 -2024 articulates the strategic direction of the
Judiciary Training Institute. It sets out five broad priority areas that will
establish a commonly shared vision for the future of the Institute and
its role in the broader mission of facilitating growth of jurisprudence
and efficient administration of justice through delivery of judicial
education, training, legal and policy research, and strategic partnerships
to achieve effective and efficient delivery of justice.
The objectives and strategies set out in this plan will strengthen the core
activities of the Institute, while investing in strategic areas that will
enable it to achieve its vision of being the centre of excellence for
judicial education and training of judges, judicial officers and staff.
In this strategic plan, the Institute has planned activities that will ensure
effective and efficient delivery of judicial education, training, legal and
policy research, and strategic partnerships.
