KJA hosted postgraduate students from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and Lauder Institute as part of their Africa Immersion Program, which covers Rwanda, Senegal, South Africa, and Kenya. The discussion examined the historical role of the Judiciary in national development. It highlighted the importance of strong institutions, judicial capacity building, and access to justice in advancing Kenya’s development agenda.
