KJA hosted post graduate students from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and Lauder Institute as part of their Africa Immersion Program that covers Rwanda, Senegal, South Africa and Kenya. The discussion examined the historical role of the Judiciary in national development and highlighted the importance of strong institutions, judicial capacity building, and access to justice in advancing Kenya’s development agenda.
