The 3-day training, organized by the Kenya Judiciary Academy (KJA) in partnership with the office of the Presiding Judge Commercial and Tax Law Division, International Development Law Organization (IDLO), and Kenya Deposits Insurance Corporation (KDIC) aims to: Provide conceptual and theoretical framework on matters touching on insolvency; promote understanding and application of consumer protection measures; and offer insights on emerging issues in the insolvency sector.
