PREAMBLE
The Constitution of Kenya, Article 172 provides for the functions of JSC. Specifically, KJA formerly JTI was established to carry out the function of the Commission as provided for in Article 172(d) to prepare and implement programmes for the continuing education and training of judges and judicial
officers.
The purpose of this service charter is to define the framework for quality service delivery and the Institutes’ commitment to providing quality services. We commit to serve our clients with humility, integrity and professionalism.
