The Kenya Judiciary Academy (KJA), in collaboration with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the Katiba Institute, is conducting a Continuous Judicial Education programme for Judicial Officers on Digital Rights, Evidence, and Technology. This training, themed ‘Digital Rights, Evidence and Technology’, explores this evolving area of jurisprudence and addresses key issues related to digital rights, digital evidence, digital public infrastructure, and emerging technologies. It also examines the impact of technology on fundamental rights as enshrined in the Constitution of Kenya. The programme brings together Judicial Officers as participants, with facilitators drawn from the Judiciary and other justice sector actors.
