The ongoing digitization of the judiciary, while a powerful driver of efficiency, demands a parallel commitment to inclusivity in ensuring no one is left behind. This is especially critical for the Employment and Labour Relations Court (ELRC), a pivotal forum for safeguarding against exclusion and upholding workplace rights and equality, matters that directly affect persons with disabilities and senior citizens. To fulfil its mandate, the ELRC must guarantee that its services are universally accessible; physically, procedurally, and digitally, ensuring full participation for all citizens, especially Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), in compliance with the Constitution and standards such as KS 2952:2022.
