Digital Transformation, Technology and the Law – Tech Justice
The Kenya Judiciary Academy (KJA) will from today be hosting a 5-day Judges’ Colloquium in Mombasa. The theme of this year’s Colloquium is ‘Technology and the Law’, and will be officially opened by the Chief Justice & President of the Supreme Court, Hon. Justice Martha Koome. The meeting brings together judges from all the superior courts, jurists, academics, advocates , justice sector actors, leading industry players, including Communications Authority of Kenya, Safaricom PLC, and GSMA.
