ICJ Kenya, in collaboration with the Kenya Judiciary Academy (KJA) and the Center for Reproductive Rights, is proud to announce the launch of the publication titled “Right to Health Bench Book: Select Decisions, Issues, and Themes.” This important resource examines emerging jurisprudence, laws, policies, and international standards on the right to health in Kenya, as guaranteed under the Constitution. The Bench Book also highlights key case law, illustrating how the right to health is enforced in the country.
