The Second Annual and Kadhis Colloquium theme is to bring together all Magistrates and Kadhis to reflect on Social Transformation Through Access to Justice and the place that the subordinate courts play as being Courts of excellence under STAJ. The colloquium also presents an opportunity for Magistrates and Kadhis to share experiences on best practices in the delivery of Justice and to engage in areas of Emerging Jurisprudence.
