The JSC, through the Kenya Judiciary Academy, continues to uphold its constitutional mandate under Article 172(1)(d) to prepare and implement programmes for the continuous education and training of Judges and Judicial Officers.
In line with this, the Magistrates and Kadhis Colloquium 2025 commences today under the theme “Digital Transformation, Technology and the Law – Tech Justice,” reflecting the JSC commitment to embracing innovation for enhanced access to justice.
