Specifically, KJA formerly JTI was established to carry out the function of the Commission as provided for in Article 172(d) to prepare and implement programmes for the continuing education and training of judges and judicial<br \/>o\ufb03cers.<\/p><p>The purpose of this service charter is to define the framework for quality service delivery and the Institutes\u2019 commitment to providing quality services.
