Judges of the Court of Appeal. The programme brings together judicial officers and subject matter experts to deepen understanding of the legal, institutional and policy frameworks that underpin asset recovery, anti-money laundering, counter-terrorism financing, and the fight against corruption.<br>Through expert-led presentations, interactive plenary discussions and panel sessions, the programme explores emerging jurisprudence, asset recovery procedures, cross-border cooperation, financial crime trends, and judicial expectations on the quality of investigations and evidence.
