The AJS training aims to: Enable the participants to relate to the imperatives of AJS and AJS policy to the Social Dialogue in Labor and Employment relationships, familiarize ELRC Judges and Deputy Registrars with the doctrinal interactions of AJS Policy, use Mainstreaming, Acceleration, and Guidelines (MAGs) approach to expand uptake of AJS in Labor and Employment matters, Constitute a pool of AJS champions and Brainstorm over the ways of promoting the implementation and jurisprudence of the AJS Policy on Employment and Labour Relations.
